ELITE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES
Based in Rugby in the heart of England, we provide a complete Bailiff / Enforcement Agent service
As a registered bailiff, also known as an enforcement agent, we are legally responsible for enforcing court judgments, collecting debts, and executing various legal orders.
Our primary role involves recovering money owed to creditors, such as unpaid rent, taxes, or court-ordered fines. We have the legal authority to visit debtors' properties, seize assets, and, in some cases, arrange for the sale of these assets to satisfy the outstanding debts.
We are an enforcement agency with our head office located in Rugby, Warwickshire, making us ideally placed to quickly access all of England and Wales.
